Once someone gives birth what you have is a live human being not a foetus. Dumping the baby in the trash was murder.

I didn’t think that they were allowed to have abortions that late in the pregnancy……this is totally sick. i really don’t even know what to say about it. how can people that do that kind of stuff even sleep at night?

There is just no question to this. If you have a live birth, you don’t kill the baby just because she was intending to abort. Makes you wonder what kind of doctors there are out there.

All the people in that clinic should have their body stuffed in a bag and thrown out in the trash. This is why abortion should be a capital offense. I can only wonder how many other times this happens and we never know.

No, he was not right. He is going to hell. He should have taken the baby to the ER.
I doubt any charges will be filed against him. He probably won’t lose his license. The reason being is the Pro-Abortion groups will rally behind him and threaten a legal fight.
NO ONE. Not one person ever gets away from their criminal actions. He may not face Justice here, but he will face judged by the Judge of the Universe, God. He will be sentenced to Hell.

that is shocking, I think he just murdered someone
I really don’t think people should have abortions past the first month, at 23 weeks, that is just not right.
You shouldn’t have an abortion anyway, no matter what the reason, but at 23 weeks, I would have to say that is murder.

Some doctor eh! If the woman gave a live birth to the kid, she must have been at the end of her pregnancy! Any fool would know that! If all this is true, how did the doctor dispose of the body? An autopsy can determine if this was a live birth, therefore, if the doc DID bag the body, and in doing so, deprived the baby of oxygen, he in fact, committed murder!
