I think you mean why doesnt anyone clean changing tables?I just bring my own changing pad so I dont really have to worry about it.That way I know it is clean & my baby doesnt have to lay on the same nasty pad that other babies did.

u can use it if u bring ur own mat.. if not just dont bother using it.. maybe it is contaminated and might effect ur kid
